We ship from Cordoba, Spain , to the areas indicated on the website.
The delivery times shown are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping address, the transport agency and the product type:
Works rolled in tubes : are shipped protected with reinforced packaging.
Framed and/or mounted works: are shipped in rigid packaging to minimize bumps or deformations.
We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control (strikes, transport incidents, weather conditions, periods of high demand, etc.), although we will always try to help you locate the shipment.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Thank you for shopping at Azalea Studio. We want you to fully enjoy your artwork, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please see our returns and refunds policy below:
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was received —unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
However, if the product arrives damaged or defective , you can request a solution within 3 calendar days of receipt:
Keep the original packaging (tube, frame, frame, protective materials).
Take photos of the damage and the outside of the package if it has any dents.
